DELIVERY POLICY

The duty of AZ Hair Company is to supply high-quality products for the global market. More than 250 laborers, with their talented hands, are continually endeavoring to make the best hair items with the best quality. We continually strived to provide complete satisfaction to clients with the best quality products and continually strive to become Vietnam’s greatest hair company.

We do everything possible to ensure that our best products are delivered as soon as possible. Customers, we believe, are deserved to the best products and services available.

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 150 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service.

We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations anywhere in the world.

SHIPPING TIME

We process orders Monday through Friday and can get all your swag out of our warehouses within 7 – 10 business days!

Business Days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays there is a good chance that it could take the full 10 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) to get these orders out of our warehouse because our deals are just so awesome that everyone wants to be a part of them!

At the moment, our shipping cannot delivery to US Military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

*Note: In any case, regardless of events beyond our control, please allow product delivery within a suitable period which is appropriate to the circumstances. We do not accept Refunds regardless of events beyond our control that affect delivery time.

ORDER TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details.

You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping and this cannot be undone. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number.

To track your package, please attention to the agent shipping you choose like UPS, FedEx, or DHL, then paste the tracking number to one of these links:

 Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.

Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply email us at  sale@azhairvietnam.com as soon as possible. However there is a 72-hour waitlist for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.

AZ Hair is NOT RESPONSIBLE for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

AZ Hair is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives in your country and…

  • The customer refuses to accept the package.
  • Number of attempts are made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

AZ Hair reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.
