18 years ago, in 2006, Mr. Kien began an inspiring journey in the beauty industry. At the time, he was working as a delivery staff member for an international agency when he recognized the untapped potential of the hair business. He took a leap of faith and established a small-scale hair facility with just 6 to 8 people, most of whom were family members.

In the early days, Mr. Kien personally rode his motorbike to remote areas to inspect and hand-selected exceptional raw Vietnamese hair bundles. Initially, limited manufacturing experience and resources meant he could only sell these raw hair bundles wholesale. Over the years, Mr. Kien dedicated himself to learning, refining techniques, and upgrading technology. This relentless effort transformed his business, enabling him to produce a diverse range of high-quality hair extension products.

In 2020, Mr Kien founded AZ Hair with a clear mission: to provide premium, high-quality, ethically sourced hair extensions that cater to diverse hair types and styles that empower individuals to express their unique beauty. Mr. Kien is dedicated to continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends. Under Mr Kien’s leadership, AZ Hair has been positioned as one of the Vietnamese hair market leaders.
