As part of our ongoing mission to spread love and care, we have embarked on a life-changing charity campaign, “Spreading Love and Care 2024,” focused on the people in the disadvantaged areas of Hoa Binh province. We extend our helping hands to those most affected by the devastating Typhoon Yagi and landslides after the storm in the Lac Son and Da Bac districts.
I. The Devastating Impact of the Yagi Storm and Landslides in Hoa Binh Province
Hoa Binh province, known for its breathtaking landscapes and vibrant culture, has recently faced some of the harshest natural disasters in its history. The Yagi Typhoon and subsequent landslides severely impacted two areas: Lac Son district and Da Bac district.
1. Lac Sơn District
Lac Son district saw widespread destruction of homes, agricultural land, and infrastructure. Many families have lost everything they own, and the local economy, which heavily relies on agriculture, has been shattered by the floodwaters and landslides.
2. Da Bac District
In Da Bac district, mountainous terrain amplified the damage caused by the landslides. Remote villages were cut off from main roads, making rescue and relief operations incredibly challenging. The local population, already living in difficult conditions, now faces the dual burden of repairing their lives and homes amid a backdrop of devastation.
→ These disasters left many households displaced, homes destroyed, and access to essential resources like clean water, food, and shelter compromised. This is where AZ Hair stepped in with our “Spreading Love and Care 2024” initiative.
II. AZ Hair’s Charity Activities Preparation
In alignment with the ‘Spreading Love’ movement aimed at sharing challenges and providing encouragement to people in difficult areas within the Lac Son and Da Bac districts of Hoa Binh province, on September 5th, 2024, the company’s leadership launched the initiative named “Spreading Love and Care”.
In just a short period after its launch (from September 6th to 16th), the program received enthusiastic support from a large number of staff members. We believe that businesses have the power and resources to create positive change, especially in times of crisis. With that in mind, our charity campaign for 2024 is centered on the belief that no one should be left behind in the face of adversity.
Going with the collaboration of the “E Bé U” Community Fund, “Spreading Love and Care 2024” has prepared 200 charity gift packages (approximately 1 Million VND/package) with the hope of making a small difference to help alleviate some of the hardships faced by the people in these disadvantaged areas of Hoa Binh province.
III. AZ Hair’s Charity Activities in Lac Son and Da Bac Districts
On a cool, early morning in Hoa Binh province, AZ Hair’s team arrived to carry out another crucial day of their “Spreading Love and Care 2024” charity campaign.

At 9 AM, the AZ Hair charity team gathered in the Da Bac district, equipped with essential supplies such as rice and instant noodles to sustain families in the coming days, blankets, and clothing for protection against the elements, etc. The air was filled with both anticipation and determination.
At 9:30 AM, the team began distributing relief packages to villagers. We have been working tirelessly to ensure that the charity campaign reaches the most vulnerable families.
Families lined up patiently as our team handed out the supplies. The children’s smiles and the warm handshakes from the elders made it all meaningful.
After 1 hour, with the coordination of local leaders, we had finished distributing 40 charity gifts (approximately 29 million VND) for the people in Da bac district.
We packed up, moved to the place to pause for a lunch break, and prepared to move to the next place.
AZ Hair’s Charity Activities in Lac Son Districts
As we drove along the narrow roads, the scars of the storm were evident – landslides had obliterated sections of the road, making it a challenge to navigate. Despite the difficulties, our spirits remained high as we pressed on, knowing that our help was vital to the families waiting for us. At 1 PM, we arrived at the second place – Lac Son District. Upon reaching the second place, we quickly set up to continue distributing blankets, clothing, and food supplies.
For the families in this village, these supplies offered not just physical comfort but also a sense of security as they began the long road to recovery.
With the coordination of local leaders, we finished distributing 160 charity gifts (approximately 116 million VND) to the people in the Lac Son district at 5 PM.
We thanked the community for welcoming us and promised that AZ Hair would continue to support these difficult communities. We left with full hearts, knowing that our efforts were making a difference in the lives of those affected by the Yagi storm and landslides.

“Spreading Love and Care 2024” is not just a slogan; it is a heartfelt commitment by AZ Hair to make a tangible difference in the lives of those affected by the Yagi storm and landslides in Hoa Binh province. Our team is proud to be part of this life-changing initiative, and we remain dedicated to supporting the recovery of the Lac Son and Da Bac districts.
