Shipping & Payment
AZ Hair Vietnam ships worldwide via reliable international shipping and standard shipping networks. All orders are shipped from our factory in Vietnam.
Production & Lead Time
Most products are made-to-order. Lead times and general processing times are as follows:
- In-stock items: 1–2 business day (or multiple business day periods) to ship
- Custom / made-to-order items: 10–12 working days production time before shipment
Lead times are counted from the date payment is confirmed. The overall delivery timeframe depends on destination. We do not offer free shipping. We will not overpromise delivery dates — if your order has a deadline, contact us before placing to confirm feasibility.
Shipping Costs
All buyers pay shipping costs. Shipping is not included in product prices. Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Payment Methods
We support secure transactions for our global wholesale partners and dropshipping business clients handling international orders (Note: we generally do not ship to p.o. boxes):

Sample units are available (10g–20g). Samples are sold at normal product price — we do not offer free samples.
